ONE ON ONE TRAINING IS THE FOUNDATION FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS. THIS IS A GREAT WAY FOR US TO DIG DEEPER INTO WHAT WE LEARNED THROUGH OUR INITIAL ASSESSMENT. WE’LL WORK TOGETHER FOR FIVE CLASSES TO ESTABLISH A BASE FOR YOU TO SPRING FROM. THIS WAY WHEN YOU JOIN ANY OF THE GROUP CLASSES YOU’RE COMFORTABLE AND FEEL EMPOWERED TO TAKE THE WORKOUTS ON.
