CrossFit Meatballs

This Is Our flagship program that is done under our Crossfit meatballs affiliate. Don't be fooled by our  name, we take working out seriously, but we also focus on having fun inside and outside of the gym. This programming is based on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements (i.e. things you do each day in life), and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Be ready for what life throws at you after attending these classes.
