Functional Training Boot Camp
Welcome to a fast paced high intensity workout. This class is perfect for those with a busy morning, needing a lunch pick-me-up, or wanting to squeeze a workout in prior to dinner/drinks. During this 30-45 min class, we do cover it all and get you back to life quickly. This course will help you develop the skills necessary not only for daily life, but to prepare you for more advanced movements in our functional strength and advanced skill programs.
