Individual Design

ALL ATHLETES ARE DIFFERENT AND AS A RESULT NEED PERSONALIZED TRAINING. INDIVIDUAL DESIGN ALLOWS EACH MEMBER TO REACH THEIR FITNESS ZENITH. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM AN ATHLETE IS ASSIGNED SPECIFIC EXERCISES AND STRETCHES TO IMPROVE THEIR CAPABILITIES AND PREVENT INJURIES. MEMBERS ON THIS PLAN MEET WITH THEIR COACH ONCE A MONTH FOR REASSESSMENT AND TO SET NEW GOALS.
